We are proud to announce the successful delivery of the new headquarters for Central London Samaritans, led by Pall Mall Projects as the main contractor.

After nearly four decades in Soho, Samaritans London, the founding branch of the charity, required a new home and chose to relocate to a two-storey building in Marylebone. Pall Mall Projects was appointed to manage and deliver the full refurbishment of the vacant office space, transforming it into a purpose-built facility that now supports the charity’s vital, round-the-clock services.

Working alongside lead designers Murphy Philipps, M&E consultants Bianco Sale, and structural engineers Adept Consulting, Pall Mall Projects brought together a skilled team to meet a brief focused on both function and compassion. The result is a calm, welcoming and efficient space for Samaritans London that includes:

A key element of the project was ensuring the space could truly support the emotional wellbeing of both volunteers and service users. Our team worked closely with the client and design partners to ensure high standards of acoustic treatment, interior finishes, and usability throughout.
